Build partnerships with local schools, community leaders, and trade professionals to identify opportunities, needs, and potential participants. This includes outreach, presentations, and informational sessions that spark interest in trades.

Form active committees made up of educators, industry professionals, volunteers, and board members. Plan programming, outreach, and events through regular strategy and planning meetings held year-round.

Create hands-on workshops, job site tours, and mentorship opportunities that spark excitement and real-world interest in trade careers. Tailor each experience to be engaging, age-appropriate, and impactful.
